How much notice do you need for a catering order?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all catering orders. For events with 100+ guests or special menus, we recommend at least one week. The earlier we know, the better we can plan.
What is the minimum order size?
Our catering is designed for groups of 20 or more. Smaller orders are welcome through our regular walk-in service — just call ahead and we will have pies ready for pickup.
Do you deliver? What areas do you cover?
Yes. We deliver within a 10-mile radius of our shop at 136 E Market Street, West Chester, PA. Delivery fees depend on distance and order size. Outside that zone, pickup is available.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We offer gluten-free crust, vegan cheese, and a full range of vegetarian toppings. Let us know about any allergies or preferences in your request and we will work with you on a menu.
How is pricing calculated?
Catering starts at $15 per person and includes a mix of whole pies tailored to your group. Final pricing depends on pie selection, sides, and delivery distance. You will get a detailed quote within 24 hours of submitting your request.
